Learning Aim A

This is my First part of my composition it is a basic drum beat with a basic few notes added. I will further enhance my composition by adding some form of melody to make the piece sound nicer.Also I may alter certain parts of the piece because at the moment it doesn't sound too great. I made my soundtrack on garage band:using the app on the ipad. I am limited with garage band due to the other instruments being locked and require small amount of money to get the feature. It's ok though because I still have the basic instruments required

Composition One - BMW Car Advert



I've been working on my second composition. This composition is a piano based piece with a simple melody. The main part contains various chords that sound nice together. I may later on add a drum beat into the background of the piece. I am slightly behind due to the ipad not being charged. I also tried charging them and it seems like the department needs new charge leads due to them not working very well. I had to just practise on the piano because I couldn't get onto the ipads. I will upload the next piece as soon as I can get onto a ipad. I decided to make the piece mainly piano because I didn't like the sound of my first composition due to the fact there was too many instruments and it sounded messy and unprofessional.

Learning Aim B

I then extended two of my basic compositions


I chose these two to extended because    
I have been working on my final composition on the navy Ipad. For all of my compositions I have been using the free version of garageband. The only problem I have with the free version is that not all of the instruments are available without paying. This made it fairly difficult to make the tracks sound different and they always ended up having a very similar sounding drum beat.
